Description

The S-tube was designed as an E-Bike Lithium-Ion Battery, offering low weight, slim form, and optimal performance. Incorporating a handle and slide-in design, this is a stand-out performer in the e-bikes battery system market.

The low weight of this 36 V 9,6-14 Ah Li-Ion battery system is ensured by using an aluminum enclosure, weighing approximately 2.4kg, plus the design also ensures maximum durability. Flex PCB protects against vibrations and saves space, while temperature control via BMS protects against overheating. Standard 18650 cells are suitable for their narrow design and cost-effectiveness.

What’s more, the CAN communication used by the Battery Management System can be customized to meet customer demands. Mechanics and electronics can also be fully customized, adding extra DC outputs and options for many cell models and topology. Certification can also be provided, to satisfy the requirements of various markets and standards outside the EU.
