The lithium battery production process

One of the most important elements of production management is the design of the lithium battery production process. It allows us to ensure the highest quality of the product – First Time Quality, as well as continuity in mass production and the desired productivity. We base process design on lean manufacturing and one-piece flow methods, as well as PFMEA analysis using modern assembly process design methods. During the design phase, we define the technology and the degree of automation of the production line, adapting the aforementioned areas to the specifics of the project.
