# We are transforming into EMBS

We are delighted to announce that our company is commencing a new, groundbreaking chapter in its history. 
Starting from May, it is a significant moment for our company’s business. From this point forward, we cease to be a member of Johnson Matthey, and our company name, formerly known as Johnson Matthey Battery Systems, changes to EMBS.

This strategic business decision represents a new era of prosperity and collaboration as we align ourselves with PRETTL Group on battery market.  We are proud to be part of this esteemed organization and look forward to embarking on a new journey in our company's history, delivering the same high-quality solutions and full support at every stage of your project. 

Additionally, we wish to emphasize that the business profile of our company remains unchanged. We will continue to provide you with advanced lithium-ion battery systems for different cordless applications. We would like to emphasize that the change concerns only the name of the company; all other details, including the registered office address, tax identification number (NIP), statistical number (REGON), National Court Register (KRS) number, and telephone numbers, remain unchanged.
