Providing complex solutions

In order to be able to provide customers with the highest quality products, we are constantly investing in innovation and expanding production capabilities, which include manual, semi-automatic and automated solutions.

Our experience in mass production and flexible approach enable us to design cost-effective Li-ion battery production lines for our customers.

We have three types of production lines:

Design for manufacturing

All products developed by the R&D department must meet the production requirements set by the operational department. That is why we have been designing our products in accordance with the Design for Manufacturing principle from the very beginning. A well-designed battery should be adjusted to series production. Therefore, an FMEA analysis is carried out at all stages of the project by an interdisciplinary project team.

Li-ion battery production lines tailored to your needs

We have developed best practices for Li-ion batteries design based on many years of experience. When deploying to series production, the R&D department continues to support the industrialisation department and helps in the validation of the process or line.

Batteries can be produced on a manual or largely automated line using robots for welding, stacking cells, etc. The nature of the line, the layout and the degree of automation are selected to meet the volume and quality requirements of the customer.
